Stuck wheel brake shoe? rear one

Hmm, if the rear facing shoe is stuck (wheel cylinder gunk) it would grab best rearward.

Easist way to tell, dive a few miles see of one wheel gets hot? Or jack it up, try to spin wheels by hand?
