The ongoing fuel delivery saga continues-a new chapter tho. Earlier this summer I was getting sever vapor lock when I replaced the original 230 with a 251 engine. I have an electric fan that keeps the water temp okay- center in the gauge). When i had the mechanical pump the fuel could not overcome the vapor pressure so I installed a frame mounted electric fuel pump and oil pressure cutoff switch. Now there is fuel overflowing in the the carb, Should i readjust the float? Is this too much pressure due to new pump if so what to do? At wits end,
