It's a CA 125. I still have a complete setup if I decide to go gas on my 251 truck, although I will probably save it for the next project. I screwed the vacuum shut-off and converter together on a single mounting bracket so I can fit it as a "kit" when I get to it. Set up in the right way it could almost pass as vintage.
Go to the link (if it works) and select the CA-125 with the bore size you want - I found it's better to be a bit bigger than a bit smaller.
