Like Paul said nothing beatsx an IR air powered gun. IR does make an electric gun. they have been making them for decades. I have never been able to test one out but am keeping my eyes open on craigslist for a deal on one as i dont have air anymore. I think if you could get a good used one for less than 100 bucks it might be good to have around anyway.
