I have a Craftsman Electric Impact, 1/2" drive. It works, ok , for fasteners that are not to stubborn. It works great for running in long lag bolts in wood. Its ok, but low power compared to air. I have a Ingersol Rand 1/2" which puts out 600 foot pounds in reverse, uses a lot of air but sure gets the job done. I guess the bottom line, Electric are fine for light to somewhat medium work. When the going gets tough its my Ingersol Rand Air.
