want to quote me on titlying and hold on to your hat. Just get the motors running in 2 wc62 and pass Cal. smog(hopefully some tricks up the sleeve to get them to pass, here I put alcohol or these pills they sell at the drug store in the tank and the car passes.
Apparently they have to come in to C. R. with a title and having passed smog in the state they are coming from. Whoever might be interested would want to inspect them and maybe could do it on site rather than ship elsewhere. Brakes drivelines etc. donīt have to work but the motors have to pass emissions
