Tough to get his meds balanced, too much is sedation, not enough is pain and hallucinations. But we are getting closer. And he is happy to be at home instead of 'in a home'. The hospice nurse came today, with more help than he got while in the home. Everybody is trying to make it easy on him. That's the best plan at this stage.
