patronize the guy down the street until he wisens up. talk up his shop to drive business his way. tip the tire guy. you can never go wrong. keep a cooler in your truck with ice and bottled water. send a pizza from time to time to guys who go out of their way. unfortunately the little things that go so far are forgotten too often.
