tranfercase e brake levers to transmission

I have a 318 engine with the 727 automatic transmission in my 48 ffpw. does anyone have a picture or a source for a bracket to mount the e-brake and transfer case levers to the transmission. currently there is a home made brackets for the transfer case levers only I have no e-brake at this time
