Jason, Been in the same spot as you with my ex GF. Don't know what ever posessed me to put up with so much s#it for as long as I did. Do NOT give in to the threats. Contact a real estate attorney to find out what your legal rights are and use them (they understand property/tenant law). Right now you are probably feeling like you have nowhere to turn for help, but hang in there-you will make it through this. Keep us posted. birdo
