Between O'Reilly's, NAPA, or Car Quest, it's all about the local Owner/Manager. I've had great and bad experiences in all of them.

When I lived in MI I had my preferred NAPA's and the ones I'd stay away from.

Here in IL. NAPA is OK, but not close, while O'Reilly's is close, the Car Quest store has been far better just down the road from O'Reilly's.
