Their master plan--mix up the population(the ole cage full of tigers is dangerous, but a cage full of deer racoons, armadillos, and squirrels will all just stare at each other equation), so no one says boo!!! and then steel their money. All of this started long before this administration they are just a lot closer to caping the pyramid
