Judging by the increasing number of illegals at the local convenience store, I would say that construction in the Atlanta area is starting to pick up.
The problem of course is that at the wages being paid you would have to do like the illegals do - work under the table to avoid paying any taxes, not have a bank account so that the feds can't trace any monies and deal exclusively in cash as well as using the emergency room for your medical needs.
Soon we may all have to recind our citizenship and become illegals in our own country to survive.
