M-37 transfercase input yoke source?

Am converting a 64 Dodge W200 powerwagon to a Spicer 3053a 5 speed and I need a part number to order a m37 transfercase input yoke so I can convert my w200 transfercase yoke to the m37 type yoke. Then I can use the Spicer 3053a driveshaft off of a M35 truck to complete the conversion. Is there a national auto chain that carrys the m37 t/c input yoke like NAPA or ORielys or similar?? Thanks in advance.
