I doubt that motor is a new rebuild since you can see where the radiator hoses were connected & other clues that it has miles on it but I'd say if you're serious about selling it...unbolt the head. For the inexpensive cost of a head gasket, you can know the story.
If it's a new rebuild...it could be worth $2000+ or maybe only $200 if it's simply a core.
