I am going to try and simply find a replacement through Blum, I sent an email to their web address asking where to find. Perhaps woodworker supply like the suggestion.
If no reply I will try Fleabag's idea with the special rod for such metals.
Last resort, JB weld or replace both runners for this drawer with similar style.
