Seems to be mostly industrial equipment came with them originally. However Frito Lay retrofitted some of their trucks with versions set up for automotive use.
They can be found at auction periodically on Dovebid.com. I got this one from Craigslist, they can also be found on e-bay, though they are all basically from the same source.
You can technically order one from a Cummins dealer but be prepared for sticker shock.
