No, unfortunately, that is just the price for one side. And, that's only for the inner bearing. The outer bearing, being smaller, is cheaper and more readily available.
I'm doing an overhaul of the front axle (brakes, wheel cylinders, seals, bushings, bearings, gaskets, hoses, tie rod ends, ad nauseum) on my truck. If you need to do one, be prepared for some cost.
The truck only has 34,000 miles on it, but everything I touch seem to need replacing. If you can get away for less than $500 in parts, I think you are doing pretty well.
