what are these wheels from??

Hey folks...I pulled a ffpw out of a field a while back, and finally am getting around to working on it. Of the five wheels it came with, four are 5.50 x 16. Of these four, three have a 7/8" setback from face of wheel to edge of split-ring, while one is 1 5/8". What the hey? Thanks for the help!
