Brown Bearing is the place to go in Spokane. They seem to especially focus on automotive stuff. However, I have found some very good deals on ebay and a few other on-line surplus bearing dealers. Tapered roller bearings seem to only be made by Timken and the prices have been climbing steadily. A lot of people buy surplus lots of miscellaneous bearings, like I used to do from the DRMO, and then sort them out and retail them. Even if you're kind of in a hurry, it's worth punching the bearing number into ebay. If somebody has it, it'll be pennies on the dollar, especially for an odd-ball old one that hardly anyone uses any more.
