Do it. I put the Dynatrac kit in my '06 shortly after I bought it. I had made a couple of 500-600 mile trips before the hub kit and several after. The increase in mileage is around 1 1/2 to 3 mpg. Maybe not a huge thing, but I know the rest of the wear and tear factor is reduced as well. You won't regret it.
