The 0 in cylinder 5 may be the key. The water distribution tube fails there often, and a heated, sticky valve leads to a valve seat departure. Cylinder 1 could be crap from overheating, sticky valve, etc. I'd pull the head after I soaked cylinders in ATF and have a look-see before I got real surgical...
