My MU-5 had that lay out, handle to front.

As I recollect, the Mu-5 had a 14" diameter spool, vs the MU-2 has 11".

Plus, does yours have 'crooked' front and rear angle irons? Front should sit up 2" higher.

MU-5 would be good on a FF. if you can make it fit.
