Door Hing Pins

Need some new Hinge Pin/Mirror Arm Bolts for the 46. The passenger side upper hinge pin/bolt is in two pieces (top rotates separate from bottom part) and while cleaning the threads on the drivers side upper one it snapped, while the drivers side lower was badly worn.

So it looks to be a 9/32" as 1/4" is too small of a shank (correct thread size for uppers) and 5/16" is too large. so what are others using?
