Engine is missing

HELP! The truck has been running great until 2 days before the 4th of July Parade. Suddenly my fan belt was loose with no more adjustment left in the alternator. I changed out the belt & the next thing I have is an engine that seems to be missing on the 2 cylinders closest to the fire wall. I've got spark. So the prudent thing seeemed to be to change all the plugs. Did that last night & the truck ran better but still seems to be only firing on 4 cylinders. What am I missing? Plug wires are good & I've got spark at the wire.
