Ok, no fuel is getting to the carb. Fuel pump and filter did not fix the problem. You most likely have a obstruction at the fuel pick up in the tank or a clogged fuel line.
Try this. Rig a temp gas can right at the engine. This eliminates the fuel lines and tank pickup. If this solves your problem, your going to have to figure if its the fuel line or a clogged pickup. You may have to drop the tank to clean whatever is clogging the pickup. If the pickup is clogged with crud, you better really inspect the tank for more crud so you dont have the problem all over.
