Hi Chris,
Cant help you with the #, but there is a guy on the M37 Forum who machined out a hub to accept modern seals, Perhaps thats the way to go if you cant find it.
I have had good luck just taking the stuff right to a local bearing house and saying "I need an oil seal that will fit into this and be for a shaft thats this big". They can usually find me just what I need.
