Hello All,
Got around to installing the Westach 2" round 3500RPM Tach today in my WC-12. I purchased the Bullet case for it and installed it on the steering column just below the turn signal indicator. It's at the perfect height where I can read it but does not restrict my view of the speedo or other instruments. Yes it is not a factory item, but hey, sure is nice to see what the old Dirty 230 is doing RPM wise when cruising down the freeway. I get a reading of 2500 RPM @ 60 MPH, (the fastest I want to go in the old crate). The green light for Illumination of the face dial is real nice also. Those 4.30 ratio third members I installed in March along with the 900-16's I'm running sure make it more road friendly on the freeway.
