No, a swap like that is not practical. In fact, many folks who are heavily into the 61-71 Dodge trucks have looked for a good power steering option, and have not come up with anything practical from a time and cost standpoint. The factory power steering was a slave cylinder setup that was marginally helpful, at best.
Vintage Powerwagons, (VPW), did have a nice selection of replacement body parts. However, I believe most of their parts are sold out, and they have not rerun them. You might call VPW and see what they have left.
They also have a big selection of parts trucks, that they can often pull rot-free parts off of.
