My WC runs great except for a hesitation off idle when I first step on the throttle. What would be the likely culprit? I have heard it is characteristic of these carbs with the vacuum accelerator pump, but I can't imagine it ran like this when new. The carb was rebuilt by VPW, same problem after the rebuild. I assume they set the float right. It also has a new fuel pump (mechanical). Vacuum leak maybe, or is there a common problem with these that I should check first? Thanks.
