I lived in Union, Wa., on the Hood ca-nal, (almost got banned for that word) for a couple of months back in 1971. When I moved here to Idaho, it was like the desert compared to Union. We're getting more than we like right now, but we need it after the dry winter.
Maybe you need to invest in a big tarp and some poles.
