You would be better off finding another frame. Frame failure can be very hazardous!
(I have seen the frame broken completely off while lifting excessive amounts with winch!
Not only truck damage is possible, but injuries are possible too! If the frame has been disrorted or stretched, tracking, steering and tire wear become a problem!
You should be able to find a better condition frame..check with wrecking yards, this and other forums, etc. Remember, any frame from 1947-1966 will work! (old style PW only)
