Gather 'round kiddies! I won't go into too much detail 'cause I know Chris Cribbs will want to tell his trucks story...he has a digital camera too, I think.
The Black Forest truck is a '48 PW with +/- 12,000 miles, original bed, factory brake booster, and original winch. It's been converted to 12V with 120V converter to run scene lights and electric motor for top hose reel. An aux. motor on the back provides power to the water pump and takes fuel directly from the stock main tank. Truck has all hoses (including two suction hoses to draw water from stream or pond),7 brass Indian pumper back-pack tanks and fire radio. This truck is in fighting trim and ready to go...just add water! Its been very well maintaned and garaged. I don't think they ever use salt up on that plateau, so there's no rust to deal with. Sweet truck!
