1948 speedo restoration

I am in need of one of the following; A NOS speedometer(quit laughing)for a 1948 B1PW or a good source to restore mine. It seems to be in very good shape, with the exception of the center pointer, which has rotted off compleatly. Can these be found in the same style as the original? I would like it to be as new. Thanks for any help, John
