I have a photo of a 1964 W300 Crew Cab, equipped as a Swamp Fox w/Terra tires and a stakebed. I could mail you a copy.
Brian A. has some info from the Swamp Fox testing which occurred in South or Central America, where several types of vehicles were equipped in this fashion, including a WM300.
