Trying to print olive-drab "How To carb rebuild"

I am trying to print out the how to rebuild the Carter Carb from the www.olive-drab.com how to section. I get nothing which is probbably due to the white letters on the black background.
Is there a way to change it to black letters
on a white background????
That I can print.
I have have a 53 B-3 and it is time to rebuild the carb.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
