These winches have all parts to make winch work except drive line to PTO. Have bumper and extensions on them. For those of you that bought the Military PW's from Iowa these will set right on. If interested Email me for price. One will go to wisconsin and shipping was one $90.00 from Alabama. The price will be very reasonable and these winches are in very good shape.
