If you are storing a motor or engine ,on small engines always park the motor on a compression stroke this way the points will be closed and will not rust over .On big engines for lengthy storage i just pull number one plug, bar the engine till compression is present and keep the timing mark 20 degrees or so that that points again are closed . If you do this it will start up no problem ~ Copey
