It looks like what they're doing is adding a little bit of propane to the intake air to improve the combustion of the diesel, which is still the main fuel. That's a lot different from "running it on propane". It's like looking at a water injection system and saying the engine runs on water. What I'm curious about is actually running a diesel engine on propane alone. It doesn't sound like anybody is doing that.
