M37 Pitman Arm weak point. Need to swap? Paul?

Is it the Pitman arm or the idler arm that we hear a lot about breakage? But it don't happen to the PW part.

Maybe the stock Saginaw arm, with the tie rod hole reamed from the other side, and a ball stud inserted ?

Paul, I know you use a special one on your PW. What did you use on your M37?
