Seriously consider disk brakes on all 4, and you will never look back. Kieth's numbers are very close. If one was to have to totally rebuild a drum system with new parts vs going to disks, you will be quite close in costs. Also get the disks while they are available. Replacement pads, calipers etc will be available for many many years.
