The first one is for an M37, not at all the same as the WDX type 4 bolt air cleaner. It may bolt on, but it is not the correct one. The second one is hard to tell, as the pictures arent very good, but it looks different than the square top air cleaners I have seen on Power Wagons. Not sure if the WC's took the same air cleaner as the power Wagons or not, but my guess is they are different. Again, probably bolt on and work, but not correct to the purists.
