Regarding the recent post and questions on titles. For whatever it's worth, if you buy a vehicle from another state and title it in Idaho, you will need a signed off valid title from the previous owner, a bill of sale, (or local appraisal by dealer), and a VIN inspection by local police, sheriff, state police, or military police. They don't seem to care that I bought the truck last July and haven't tried to title it until now. From experience I know it is possible to obtain a new title if the previous owner does not have a title, but you will need all the other stuff and a whole lot more.
