Looks like it is a T-211 or T-215 series depeding on what style of gauges it has. It was either an Ambulance, repair truck, or closed cab pick up. Some of you may not agree, but I think it's a Darn shame they bastardized it. Should have left it in it's original configuration. Love that custom Bumper. Ram ornament looks really out of place. Could be a T-207. Can't see if the Blackout lights are mounted to the headlight buckets.
