California Dmv has alot of different laws if you do one thing different.Speak spanish. A buddy of mine owns a smogshop and poeple who speak spanish can get a regristration extension for a failed smog with no problems.The dmv passes them out like troops and hersheybars if you are Latino.However if you are a typical white person who clings to there guns and bible, You get a no way from the dmv. It is too true to be funny Steve
