The inside paint looks like the commonly found Dodge Truck Dark Green that was still available in 1951. The outside looks more like the Seawolf Submarine Green that the old literature says was discontinued by 1951. I know the old Dodge Truck Dark Green can get chalky and change to strange shades after time. Do you think the exterior paint is original? Have you tried to clean or buff a portion to see if the color changes to match what is on the dash?
