I see some tolerance stackup big time there Spence. Where are you establishing a datum from? Front edge or first hole? Are you measuring 5/8" as .625, or are you rounding to two decimal places, as in .63?
What is your tolerance on three decimal places, +- .001 or +- .010? What about two decimal places, +- .005 or +- .015? What about fractional, +- 1/64 or +- 1/128?
Did you use a Micrometer, Caliper, Machinist's rule, carpenter's folding rule, or a tape measure?
When he gets to the last hole, what if it is not 5/8" from the rear edge?
Do you have a engineering drawing? What REV level? Was it produced from a 3D model or 2D drafted?

(Don't worry Dave, I just have to give Spence a hard time.)
