If one sells a certain numbers of rigs they are considered a DEALER, then fees/taxes are collected by the state from them.
In most Western states a signed, some states, noterized title with owners signature is all that is needed for
the new owner to put it in his/her name.
States want each owner to title to collect revenue, don't know if it is law.
If I had the cash I would be visiting Texas
to pick up that W-300.
Have seen Idaho titles and if it were signed on the right line--down the road I'd gowith it..
also being he is on this fourm I don't think there would be any problems, and am sure he checked which line it's signed on.
