I have asked both questions, and the procedure thus far is to flash the PCM, drive the hell out of it, and recheck. If the light comes back and the code reader tells the tech to clean/replace the turbo at that time they perform the necessary service. Sometimes after cleaning you may still get the P2262 troublecode, and then have to replace the turbo. I am waiting for the dealer to call me back and find out the verdict.
