look at fuse #12. It might be labeled IOD (Ignition Off Draw) these often have a black plastic hande snapped on top of the fuse so you can quickly remove parasitic drain for long term storage/ shipping. This circuit feeds the Central Timer Module that controls the majority of interior functions and power time out. If power is out to this unit the chime module probably isn't getting a signal from the CTM & translates it as doors are open or lights are on etc. Don't just look at the fuse check it for Bat+ on both legs.
